Close the Gap works in Scotland on women's participation in the labour market, and has been operating since 2001. We work with policymakers, employers and employees to influence and enable action to address the causes of women's inequality at work.
We operated as a partnership initiative until 2017 when we became a charity. We are governed by a board of trustees.
